Acrylic wall systems

Acrylic Wall Systems come in a wide variety of sizes and colors that help you customize your bathroom, from tall ceilings to odd shaped walls. Wall systems are also avaliable in several simulated tile, granite and marble patterns. All panels are shipped over sized and are custom cut at the job site for a perfect fit. Acrylic walls are non-porous, easy to maintain, high quality acrylic. Your acrylic wall system is durable and easy-to-clean.

Bathtub liners

Bath Tubliners are custom formed to fit the existing tub in your home. Made of DR/ABS, the acrylic tubliner is both durable and scratch resistant. A formed slip resistant pattern is molded into each tubliner. Tubliners are available in 4 solid colors and 3 lengths of 4 1/2', 5' or 5 1/2' with molds from the early 1900's through today. There are hundreds of tubliners available from The Bathroom Makeover Company. Available in the following colors:

Alabaster White, Quarry Topaz (Bisuit), Sandshell Beige (Almond) & Platinum Gray.

Shower liners

Showerliners are custom formed to fit the existing shower pan. They may be used in ceramic tile, cement, terrazzo or cultured marble shower bases. The exisitng base must be free of extensive cracks and structural defects in order to be covered with a custom molded liner. The liners are formed from acrylic material and are available in a wide varriety of sizes. Made of DR/ABS, the acrylic shower liner is both durable and scratch resistant. A formed slip resistant pattern is molded into each shower liner. Shower liners are available in 4 solid colors. Available in the following colors:
Alabaster White, Quarry Topaz (Bisuit), Sandshell Beige (Almond) & Platinum Gray.

Replacement Tubs - We can cut out one piece or pieced fiberglass modules and eplace it with a custom sized acrylic tub and wall system. We can accomplish this without doing damage to the rest of the bathroom. There is no need to do other drywall or floor work in 98% of the bathrooms we have completed. All of this is accomplished in just 2 days.

Replacement Showers - We can cut out shower units or modules and replace it with a custom sized acrylic shower base and wall system. We can accomplish this without doing damage to the rest of the bathroom. There is no need to do other drywall or floor work in 98% of the bathrooms we have completed. All of this completed in an average of just 2 days.

Tub or shower conversion

Tub or Shower Conversion - If, for some reason you are having difficulties getting into or out of your tub, The Bathroom Makeover Company can remove your existing tub and install a custom acrylic shower base and wall surround system. We can add accessories that will make taking a shower easier and safer. This process can generally be completed in just 2 days, with little or no mess. In 98% of our jobs there will be not be a need for additional wall or floor work after we have completed.

Acrylic Accessories

Safety Grab Bars: Meet all ADA, HUD and handicapped code standards. They are available in 12", 16" & 24" lenghts and are offered in four soild colors. The Bathroom Makeover Company will be sure to locate studs before installing your wall system as the grab bars are installed stud-to-stud.
Acrylic Window Trim Kit: Finish your wood or vinyl window with our patented window trim kit. We prefer trimming around vinyl windows for excellent water protection. Window kit comes in four solid colors including: Alabaster White, Quarry Topaz (Biscuit), Sandshell Beige (Almond) and Platinum Grey.
Rhine Single Shelf: A single shelf unit that is flush mounted. Designed for corner placement at a height convenient for you.
Nile Soap Dish: A standard size soap dish that is recess-mounted in the wall.
Trinity Corner Shelf: Was designed with three generous shelves that are taller to accommodate larger bottles of shampoo and body washes. Shelf space is a full 6 inches deep.

ACrylic beaded Wainscoting

Acrylic Beaded Wainscoting: Finish your bathroom walls with our acrylic beaded wainscoting. Along with a unique look, this acrylic wainscoting offers the same superior water protection as our acrylic wall surround systems in the shower and bathing area. Acrylic beaded wainscoting is available in four solid colors including:
Alabaster White, Sandshell Beige, Quarry Topoaz and Platinum Gray

Ceramic tile Floors

Ceramic Tile Floor: The Bathroom Makeover Company offer the following services: Installation of ceramic tile floors. Our process generally includes the following:

Removal of toilet, vanity & countertop.
Removal of old flooring: old ceramic tile, vinyl or carpet.
Removal of old baseboard.
Repair of water-damaged subfloor.
Installation of new dura-rock underlayment.
Installation of new ceramic tile for the floor and base.
Grouting of new ceramic tile floor and base.
New threshold installation.
Remove & cut off bathroom door for new floor height.
Installation of new wall or floor register/s.

vanities, countertops and toilets

Installation of new vanities, countertops & toilets.
The process generally includes the following:

Removal of old toilet, vanity or countertop.
Installation of new shut-off's & supply lines.
Installation of a new wax ring & toilet bolts.
Installation of new sink faucet, drain and p-trap's.
Installation of existing or new toilet, vanity & countertop.

Our process

We meet with you to discuss your project, from just an idea, a picture or a plan. This is the time we will get a chance to discuss thoughts and ideas about the project.
We will take measurements and offer suggestions on what will work best for your situation. We will supply you with a list of referrals from your surrounding area.
Depending on the scope of the project, we will either give you a writen proposal at that time or take your information back to the office for research and send you a written proposal.
After you accept our proposal, we will ask you if you have any changes or revisions. Then we will order the necessary materials to complete the project.
When the arrival of all the materials has been confirmed, we will contact you to schedule your project.
We will complete the bathroom project as scheduled and as proposed.
When the project is completed, we will thoroughly clean up after the job and leave your home as clean as when we started.

Cleaning Instructions

Care and cleaning instructions for acrylic tub/shower liners, replacement tubs/showers and surround systems.
1.Dampen a soft cloth with cleaner.
2.Wipe walls and tub.
3.Rinse well with clean warm water.
4.Wipe out excessive moisture or cleaners that are sitting around the drain area.

PLEASE USE: Kaboom, Simply Orange/Green, Orange Blast, Glass Plus, 409, Fantastik, Scrub Free, or Vinegar & Water.
DO SCRUB: With a sponge safe for non-stick cookware or use a soft brush on the slip resistant bottom.
DO REPAIR: Dripping or leaky faucets as soon as possible.

DON’T USE Anything that is not safe for Acrylic! Any product that is “left on” the surface, such as Shower Fresh or Fresh Shower. Aerosol propellants such as Scrubbing Bubbles, Ammonia D, Acetone, Scouring Pads, Power or Crystal Drain Cleaners. Do not use bath mats or decals on the bottom of the tub.
NOTE: THE PRODUCTS LISTED ABOVE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
Just because they sell it in the store doesn’t mean it can be used on all surfaces.

DO CALL: Your installer if you accidentally scratch or chip the finish, more than likely it can be repaired. Be careful when working around the tub with hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, cans, bottles, etc. If you drop them on the surface you may cause a scratch or chip.
DO USE: Common sense, the tub was designed for taking baths and showers not as a wash tub for glass aquariums, car parts, rocks, etc…
DO WASH: New shower curtains in vinegar and water to set dye.
DO NOT HANG TOWELS OR HEAVY ITEAMS ON THE CRESCENT SHOWER ROD.
